Kimberly Jennings

Executive Director

Kimberly Jennings, is a growth strategist that has worked with organizations all over the country to help define goals and execute strategic plans. She was named top in her field in the New York City Metro area and was the Marketing Director for one of the fastest growing professional service firms in the country. Happy to be back home in Richmond, VA, she serves as both volunteer and executive director. Kimberly joined in 2023.

Craig Rolan Martin

President

Craig Martin is a visual storyteller, filmmaker and writer with more than 30 years of experience. He produced the feature length docudrama The Insanity of God. He is co-host and producer of the Daytime Emmy nominated PBS docu-series The Good Road. Craig has written a past publication entitled Confessions of a Philanthropologist and currently published the first of three books focusing on Artificial Intelligence. The 1st book is named: 1:0 Commandments – You May Never Yield a Return which was just published in 2024. Craig is currently our president and host interviewer for Belltower’s Faith & Film Forum.

Paul Bickford

Vice President

Paul Bickford, Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Miami’s Film School and has extensive experience in pre-production and production for films, commercials, and music videos. He is Vice President of Emerging Technologies, and Principal at Apex Systems.

Ian Patrick

Secretary

Ian Patrick, secretary, is a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is the contemporary band leader at Christ the King Lutheran Church and has experience serving on committees with several organizations in the non-profit sector.

Angel Ampey

Board Member

Angel Ampey, is Senior Program Consultant in the Office of Economic Opportunity, Virginia Department of Social Service. She earned a BS in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters in Education Management from Strayer University. She has extensive experience in non-profits in the Richmond area.

Jamie Clark

Board Member

Jamie Clark has over two decades of experience bringing innovative technology to businesses, working on creative projects, and providing corporate sales. This rare combination of experience allows for the broad understanding needed to tackle challenging client requirements. Jamie has practical experience as a graphic designer, web developer, and copywriter which allows him to raise capital.

Shauna Elgin

Treasurer

Shauna Elgin has a diverse background in accounting and finance, with 30 years of experience. She has been a manager in both accounting and financial planning and analysis. Her duties have included financial reporting and analysis, regulatory, compliance, merger and acquisition analysis, long range planning and forecasting, financial valuations, product costing, product pricing, and corporate insurance. She joined the board in 2024.

Angelia (Angi) Kane

Board Member

Angelia Kinard Kane is a filmmaker and Creative Director at Jolly’s Mill Pond, a historic farm in Williamsburg, VA. She became a filmmaker after more than 15 years in web development, marketing and public relations. She is an Emmy Award winner for her work on the Belltower Pictures documentary, HEARD, and recipient of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year.

Steve Martin

Board Member

Stephen Hawley Martin is a marketing communications professional and former partner and strategic plans director of The Martin Agency. He is currently the editor and publisher of the Oaklea Press. He has written or ghostwritten 16 books, including four novels, and a screenplay.

Taylor Quinn

Board Member

Taylor Quinn is the CEO of Filmspire. He is a graduate of Christopher Newport College and lives in Richmond with his wife and growing family. His passions are filmmaking, marketing, storytelling and living a life following Christ. He is a valued member of the Belltower board since 2023 and is also a member of the Midtown Masterminds, Westhampton Merchants Association, and the Metropolitan Business League.Taylor Quinn is the CEO of Filmspire. David Powers

Founder & President Emeritus

David Powers, served as Associate Pastor for Communication at Richmond’s First Baptist Church from 1993 to 2013. With 40 years’ experience in television & film production, he has produced and directed musicals, music videos, documentaries, and narratives in the U.S. and abroad. He is founder and president emeritus for Belltower Pictures.

Russ Parker

Past Board Member

Russ Parker served as CEO & President of Parker Lancaster Corporation for 25 years. He earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He was board member and finance committee chairman of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority for eight years.
